What is RDI Center?

Research Development and Innovation Centers (RDICs), or RDIEs (Research, Development, and Innovation Establishments), are organizations or facilities dedicated to fostering research, development, and innovation (RDI) across various industries. These centers play a critical role in advancing scientific knowledge, developing new technologies, and promoting economic growth. Here’s an overview of their key components and roles

Our Research Development Innovation Center (RDIE)

AGAK

The center leads the R&D Program on ‘Preparing Caraga for the 4th Industrial Revolution through Smart Education and the applications of smart pedagogies for learners to master knowledge and skills of the 21st century learning’.

CCGEO

CCGeo is Caraga State University's interdisciplinary center for the conduct of research, innovation and extension activities in the field of Geo-Informatics. The center has expertise in Surveying, Geodesy, Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS)

CCPD

The center seeks to uphold research-based advocacy and capacity building in order to promote active citizenship, socio-economic development, build peace, and achieve inclusive and sustainable development.

CARAGA-CARE

The center categorized the list in the Agenda into 5 Sub thematic area which is also based on the Center's Research Strengths in consonance with the Faculty Researcher Affiliation Profiles"

CENTRE

Center for Nanoscience and Technology for Research and Entrpreneurship (CeNTRE) a.k.a Nano-CeNTRE was established last December 13, 2019, through a CSU Board Resolution No. 50-10, s. 2019 dedicated to enhancing advanced research in the areas of Nanoscience and Entrepreneurship, particularly those with important potential applications.

CREME

This Center is the lead convenor of the RDE program on Eco-Governance and Environmental Management. This program focuses on the management of the land, air, and water to ensure sustainability; studies on water-related to appropriate watershed and wetland management; effective and efficient water management;

CHCI

The Center for HCI (CHCI) at Caraga State University is a university-wide research center that addresses foundation of human computer interaction technology applied to learning environment, social and rural context

CRAFT

The Center for Renewable Energy, Automation and Fabrication Technologies (CRAFT) of Caraga State University is an RDI Center development of applied multidisciplinary knowledge center on Renewable energy,

CREATE

Center Resource Assessment, Analytics and Emerging Technologies (CReATe) is a research center committed to make the Caraga Region’s resources and agricultural landscapes the platform for research

FIC

The center serves as a hub for innovations, research and development, and technical support services for value-adding of fresh produce and development of processed food in the region.

ICT

The Information Communication Technology Center (ICTC) is a research center that manages the areas in software development/engineering, predictive analytics, project management, information security and a software as a service

MSCRC

MSCRC is established to contribute to productivity through mathematical and statistical analysis, researches, and innovations with utmost integrity, reliability, and functionality, done with enthusiasm and passion.

MINRES

The center serves as a focal point for integrating various disciplines through science-based research and innovations for the sustainable development of mineral resources in the Region.

SUMMO

This research center focuses on the “digital transformation” of mining technology such as web portal for monitoring and evaluation tools, data analytics, collective intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT) based applications, Artificial Intelligence (AI) enabled systems,

VLRC

The goal of the virtual learning research center (VLRC) is to develop systems and applications using artificial intelligence and software development frameworks that will make teaching and learning more engaging

CEPRIC

The center is expected to contribute significantly to the long-term objective of Caraga Region and the country to enhance efficiency and produce clean, dependable, and renewable energy, even in remote areas.
